Octavio Sardá fue un destacado joyero y diseñador catalán, nacido en Barcelona en 1932. Inició su formación en los talleres de José Llovera i Mas en 1950 y, en 1954, fundó su propio taller, estableciendo la marca que lleva su nombre. A lo largo de su carrera, Sardá se destacó por introducir técnicas innovadoras en la joyería española, como la microfusión y el electroforming, y por su enfoque en el diseño modernista y escultórico.
